When you send a custom brief, we collect your name, email, chosen service, message, answers to the brief questions and any reference files you attach. For pre-orders, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, selected items, quantities, size and notes.

We use this information to answer your request, check pre-order availability and follow up on your project. Personal information is not sent to analytics tools.

The site uses Clerk for the account area when configured, Cloudflare R2 for attachments, Resend for request emails when configured, and Google Analytics only after consent. The site owner must complete the contractual details and retention periods.
